SHIPPING POLICIES

1. US/UK SHIPPING
Due to the current tarrif situation I currently do not offer US shipping. I will try my best to make it available in the future. Due to the VAT situation I won't ship to the UK (I may ship via etsy to the UK in the future). Please be patient! <3


2. PREORDER AND PRODUCTION
All items will be sold as pre order. The current schedule is:

PRORDER PERIOD: 15th november - 5th december
PRODUCTION PERIOD: 3-4 weeks
SHIPPING PERIOD: After all product arrived at my place I will start shipping out the product

3. RETURN, REFUND EXCHANGE
✦ After the pre order period is over, there will be no refunds issued
✦I take no responsibility if a false address was put in, if the parcel returns due to that only a refund for the products can be issued not for the shipping costs
✦ If the parcel is returned to me due to input of a false adress, I can send it again but you need to pay shipping again


4. SHIPPING POLICIES
✦ Any customs duties and VAT are not included and to be paid by the buyer, please inform yourself about your countries import rules
✦ All parcel will only be send with tracked shipping
✦ If I'm unable to ship to your country due to unplaned restrictions I'll refund all costs
